Tan Yu Hoa Jeremy, trading as Door Knock Imagery (UEN: 53526103M) ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting and respecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore and other applicable data protection laws.

This policy applies to all visitors to our website, prospective clients, and active clients who engage our professional creative and marketing optimization services.

1. Personal Data We Collect

In the course of operating our studio and delivering our services, we may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Contact and Identity Information: Your name, corporate title, company name, email address, phone number, billing address, and WhatsApp contact details when you submit forms, use our chatbots, or register for our pricing tiers.
  • Creative and Biometric Training Assets: Photographic images, raw video footage, and audio/voice recordings that you or your representatives explicitly provide to us. These assets are required solely to calibrate, build, and train your custom-trained AI voice and visual avatar models.
  • Campaign and Performance Data: Analytics, user IDs, and transaction data retrieved from third-party lead qualification funnels, custom CRM systems, and advertising platform pixels (such as Meta and TikTok).
  • Technical Website Data: IP addresses, browser types, cookie identifiers, and usage behavior captured when you browse our website.

2. How We Use Your Personal Data

We use the personal data we collect for clear, limited, and legally grounded business purposes, including:

  • Service Delivery and Production: Calibrating, generating, and rendering your customized AI video and imagery creatives, including the training of your private, digital speaking avatar.
  • Advertising and Funnel Optimization: Designing, targeting, and managing paid advertising campaigns, and integrating automated qualification pipelines (such as WhatsApp Business API and CRM systems).
  • Account Management: Issuing invoices, processing upfront setup and retainer fees, and managing renewals or contract cessations.
  • Client Communication: Responding to inquiries, gathering copy approvals, and presenting storyboards for active client review.
  • Portfolio and Marketing: Showcasing completed, approved video assets in our agency portfolio, advertising campaigns, and showcase reels, subject to your explicit prior license.

3. Data Processing and Third-Party AI Disclosure

To deliver our high-retention, psychology-driven creative assets, we leverage advanced, third-party Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) software, multi-agent frameworks, and secure cloud ecosystems.

  • Generative AI Workflows: Your creative assets (such as photos and voice recordings) may be processed securely through external LLMs and generative systems to synthesize final visual outputs.
  • Avatar Model Protection: We enforce strict isolation on all custom-trained voice and visual models. Your proprietary AI avatar weights and voice datasets are kept entirely secure, are never shared or sold to third parties, and are never pooled to train models for other clients.
  • Third-Party Platforms: Data collected through ad campaigns or lead capture funnels is processed in accordance with the native privacy policies of our core third-party integrations, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and secure cloud storage workspaces.

4. Data Security and Retention

We implement robust technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

  • Workplace Security: All raw client assets and AI-generated outputs are stored in secure, restricted, private cloud workspaces.
  • Retention Limits: We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with legal and accounting requirements.
  • Contract Cessation Handover: Upon formal termination of your agreement and the execution of a Contract Cessation Agreement, administrative ownership of the shared online storage workspace containing your completed assets will be transferred to you. Any raw source files or biometric training data not required for ongoing model maintenance will be securely deleted or de-identified.

5. Your Rights Under the PDPA

Under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act, you possess clear rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you or inquire about how your data has been used or disclosed.
  • Right to Correction: You may request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent for us to collect, use, or disclose your personal data at any time (for example, revoking our license to use your videos in our portfolio). Please note that withdrawing consent may affect our ability to continue delivering our services to you.

6. Contact Our Data Protection Officer (DPO)

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, wish to exercise any of your legal rights under the PDPA, or would like to submit a complaint regarding how we handle your data, please contact our designated Data Protection Officer:
